In April 2022 at the Institute of History and Law on the eve of the spring session with the Head of the anti-corruption compliance service Serikbay Nurgisaev conducted a roundtable on knowledge of anti-corruption policies, the Code of Academic Integrity, as well as implemented in the university system ISO-37001 anti-corruption management. A meeting was held on another reminder of the requirements of the international standard of the system.
The meeting was attended by the Director of the Institute A.M. Junusov, Deputy Director for Academic Affairs D.B. Asymova, Deputy Director for Research M.M. Muratkazin, Deputy Director for Educational Work N.B. Manapbayev, heads of departments B.O. Zhanguttin, K.M. Rustem, B.M. Kushpenbetov, J.K. Simtikov and other faculty members.
S.U. Nurgisaev noted that the main problematic issues of combating corruption in higher education and the activities aimed at compliance with the principles of academic integrity and anti-corruption in our university are in accordance with the Law of RK «On Combating Corruption» and the international standard ISO-37001 in terms of what are the prevention and repression measures, new institutions for the prevention of corruption, the risks inherent in corruption. Teachers were explained the main characteristics of corrupt practices and methods of combating them. The Director of the Institute of History and Law, A.M. Junusov, spoke about the preparations for the spring session, noting that each eductor introduces the students to the Code of «Academic integrity».
