Seminar on "Corruption Prevention"

On March 2, 2026, a seminar for the teaching staff was organized at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science of Abai University on the topic: "Corruption Prevention."

The aim of the event was to clarify the basic principles of anti-corruption policy, foster a culture of academic integrity, and strengthen measures to prevent offenses.

During the seminar, the head of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service, Kurmangazy Madiev, delivered a report on the measures implemented at the university to combat corruption. Detailed information was also provided on the mechanisms for preventing corruption and violations.

In addition, issues related to ensuring transparency and fairness in the educational process, adhering to the norms of professional ethics, and strengthening the principles of academic integrity were discussed. Participants received comprehensive answers to their questions of interest. Organizing such events is an important step toward fostering a culture of openness and integrity at the university, as well as creating an effective anti-corruption environment.
