On April 23–24, 2026, the QAZAQ PROFI training center in Astana held a seminar on the topic “Anti-Corruption Compliance. Internal Audit of Corruption Risks.” The training was conducted in a hybrid format: offline and online (via the Zoom platform). During the seminar, the objectives of the training, rules of interaction, and key aspects of the internal audit of corruption risks were discussed.
The program included the following modules: Module 1. Understanding CRA (Corruption Risk Assessment) and Its Value — Concept, ISO 37001 and ISO 31000 standards, case examples;
Practice: situation analysis; Module 2. Corruption Risk Mapping — Traditional and “blind spot” areas; Practice: team-based risk mapping Module 3. Risk Identification Tools — Document analysis, interviews, transaction analysis; Practice: identifying signals in documents. Module 4. Red Flags and Indicators — List of warning signs, indirect indicators Module 5. Corruption Risk Assessment Methods — Qualitative and quantitative methods, risk matrix; Practice: building a risk matrix. Module 6. Prioritization and Decision-Making — Risk ranking; Practice: developing response measures. Module 7. Documentation of CRA Results — Report structure, formulation of conclusions; Practice: preparation of a mini-report. Module 8. Planning and Monitoring — Integration of results into policies and procedures Module 9. Practice: development of response measures.
The seminar was conducted at a high professional level and received positive feedback from participants. The material was presented in a clear and accessible manner, with a focus on practical application. At the end of the event, participants received feedback and were awarded certificates.
