On May 13, 2026, with the support of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Almaty and the Youth Policy Department of Almaty, an open discussion platform was held aimed at fostering an anti-corruption culture among students, promoting the principles of integrity, enhancing legal awareness, and developing intolerance toward offenses and unlawful behavior. Students from the country’s leading higher educational institutions took part in the event. In particular, representatives of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Turan University, Caspian University, Narxoz University, Almaty Management University (AlmaU), and Kунаев University participated in the discussion. During the event, participants exchanged opinions and presented their proposals on corruption prevention under the theme: “Formation of an Anti-Corruption Culture: Partnership Between the State and Society.” Among the speakers, Yerasyl Kaisaruly Mynbay, a third-year student of the “6B04202 – Jurisprudence” educational program at the Faculty of History and Law of Abai University, delivered a presentation on this topic. In his speech, he raised pressing issues in the field of anti-corruption policy and received high praise from the panel of experts.
