On May 15, 2026, a debate session of the youth club titled “Youth’s Choice – A Society Free from Corruption” was held at the K.I. Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University.
The event was attended by Nurlan Tleshaliev, Head of the Corruption Prevention Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Almaty, as well as representatives of anti-corruption compliance services from higher educational institutions of Almaty.
The main purpose of the event was to foster an anti-corruption culture among young people, promote the principles of honesty and fairness, and strengthen students’ personal responsibility toward society.
Students from higher educational institutions in Almaty and cadets of the M. Yesbulatov Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan took part in the debate.
According to the results of the competition, the places were distributed as follows:
1st place – Narxoz University
2nd place – Kazakh National Women’s Teacher Training University
3rd place – Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University and the M. Yesbulatov Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan
At the conclusion of the event, all participants were awarded letters of appreciation.
