On May 20, 2026, the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Almaty, together with the Department of Youth Policy of Almaty city and the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service of Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University (hereinafter referred to as the University), within the framework of the “Azamat” project, organized and held an Open Day on the topic: “Honest Service – An Open Society.”
The main purpose of the meeting was to familiarize students with the work of the civil service and to increase their interest in the field of public service.
Employees of the Anti-Corruption Compliance Service and students of the University took part in the event.
Participants were presented with the structure and main areas of activity of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Almaty.
In particular, information was provided about the activities, history, and main tasks of the Department for Youth Engagement and Recruitment to the Civil Service, the Department of Public Services, the Department for Control in the Civil Service Sector, and the Department for Corruption Prevention.
In addition, students were introduced to the work of the library and museum of the branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Almaty, as well as to the museum exhibits, and received comprehensive information about them.
